MYCO POWER  - ARBUSCULAR MYCORRHIZA:

BIO WE supplies a consortium of 3 useful micorrhizal species of Glomus.

Myco power is a consortium of Ecto and Endo- mycorrhizal fungi that extract nutrients leached into the soil from a depth of 10 feet rendering them accessible to plants.

• Arbuscular Mycorrhizal (AM) Fungi play a significant role in nutrient uptake and plant protection in crops of agriculture, horticulture, forestry, & biodiversity plantations.
• Arbuscular mycorrhiza spreads 10 feet deep into the soil and supplies the leached nutrients to the root system.
• Mycorrhiza saves 50% of the phosphatic need to the plant.
• Mycorrhiza absorbs most of the leached nitrogen as well as micronutrients like zinc and manganese and supplies it to plants.
• Carbon is mineralised and supplied to plants with the help of AM.
• Mycorrhiza enhances soil porosity and the water-holding capacity of soil.
• AM helps in soil consolidation by producing glomalin protein, which helps to stop the runoff of soil during floods and water tides.
• Mycorrhiza provides disease protection from fungal pathogens and induces excessive root production in the plants.
• It provides drought resistance to the plant.
